ISI VIP Guest House
Indian Statistical Institute · Bangalore Campus — a high-profile, rich-specification construction delivered on par with a three-star metropolitan hotel.
The VIP Guest House at the Indian Statistical Institute's Bangalore campus was commissioned as a very high-profile, rich-specification construction — a residence expected to host visiting foreign delegates and dignitaries to the Institute.
The guest house was designed and developed on par with any three-star hotel found in a metropolitan city. Every finish, every fitting and every service line was chosen to deliver an infrastructure palatable to VIP guests boarding in Bangalore — from arrival experience through to the private suites.
White Lion Construction executed the project end-to-end: design, structural build, granite and stone work, joinery, interior finishing and MEP — delivering a landmark hospitality address for one of India's most respected research institutions.
Interiors detailed to hospitality-grade specification.
